As a personal touch we will deliver each of your items tissue wrapped in a FREE, stylish iridescent organza pouch. For 'Special Occasions' we offer a gift box service with great quality gift boxes, in fantastic cerise pink with a classy black velvet inlay, for only £1.90.

That's not all - to say a special thank you for shopping with Luvit we offer a low cost delivery service. Delivery is available to the UK plus overseas.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery to the UK will be processed the same day (if ordered by 3pm) and sent by second class Royal Mail post, which should arrive in approximately 2-3 working days. Cost is £1.90 per order.

Orders over £50 will be sent by Recorded Delivery (at no additional charge) and will require a signature.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE - Applies to UK only

If you need to have your item urgently, please use our Next Day Delivery Service and have your order arrive by 1pm the next day (please note that this service is available Monday to Friday only, there is no delivery on a Sunday). Orders must be received by 3pm. Please note that a signature is required upon receipt. Cost is £6.50 per order.

OVERSEAS ORDERS - outside the UK

Royal Mail Air Mail delivery should be delivered to your country within 4-10 days, (each country's own mail sorting/delivery times will vary). Cost is £6.50 per order.

DELAYED OR LOST DELIVERIES

Royal Mail policy states that items are deemed lost on the 15th day after despatch. Therefore we are unable to investigate any 'lost deliveries' until after this date. Please contact us if you consider your order has been lost in the post and we will investigate this and work to resolve the matter with you, to a mutually satisfactory outcome.
