Returns & Refunds

At Luvit we always put our customers satisfaction first and if the items you have ordered are unsuitable, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. We will then be happy to exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. In the unlikely event that goods are found to be faulty from manufacture, we will action a full refund. Please be aware that under no circumstances are we able to accept the return of pierced earrings, in compliance with the current Health & Hygiene regulations.

Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to credit. A refund will not be possible if the item/items arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in these cases the item/s will be returned to you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that refunds do not apply if you have ordered a special order item from us or if the item is on sale at a reduced price. Gift boxes purchased and postage costs are non-refundable.

All items carry a security label to prevent mis-use. No refunds or exchanges will be given if security labels and item(s) have been tampered, removed or if the returned item arrives to us visibly worn or damaged.

For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Luvit will arrange for an exchange. Luvit decision is final.

Lost Deliveries

Royal Mail policy states that items are deemed lost if not arrived by the 15th day after despatch. We are unable to investigate any 'lost deliveries' until after this date. Please contact us if you consider your order has been lost in the post and we will investigate this and work to resolve the matter with you, to a mutually satisfactory outcome.
