Contract For Sale
We guarantee that each item advertised on our website has been carefully chosen and considered for its material quality and workmanship standards. All merchandise leave us new, undamaged and free from defects.
Where product descriptions state "gold/silver/pearl", etc. this is a reference to colour, rather than actual materials used in the product.
We try to ensure that all product description, pictorial representation, pricing and availability are accurate on our website but errors may occur. We will contact you upon discovery of an error and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling.
Items are photographed and uploaded onto our website to as close to its original colours. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Prices on our website are shown in GBP. We do not currently charge VAT. Your credit card company will charge you in your country’s currency at that day’s exchange rate. Local charges are not the responsibility of Luvit Limited.
We aim to only display products on the website which are available for purchase. If an item has sold out, we will contact you to arrange a refund, a replacement item or to wait for the arrival of the re-stocked item. This means your order is an offer and becomes a contract of sale between you and Luvit Limited once you receive the 'confirmation of dispatch' email sent from us.
Customer service
We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us. Please contact us if you are unhappy in any way with our services.
Making A Purchase
When you make a purchase from Luvit Limited you will receive an electronic 'confirmation of dispatch' as soon as your order has been received and your items picked ready for dispatch, usually within 1-2 working days of your order being processed.
Returns
In the unlikely event that goods are found to be faulty from manufacture, we will action a full refund or exchange.
If the items you have ordered are ‘unsuitable’, you must inform us within 7 working days from receipt. We will then be happy to refund or exchange the goods, providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. A refund will not be possible if the item(s) arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, (in this cases the item(s) will be returned to you). No refunds or exchanges will be given if the returned item arrives with us, visibly worn or damaged. You are required to arrange and pay for the return of the item(s) to us and we strongly recommended that you obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of the returned items, Luvit will arrange for an exchange or refund, whichever is your preference.
Please be aware that under no circumstances are we able to accept the return of pierced earrings, in compliance with the current Health & Hygiene Regulations.
Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to credit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that ‘special order’ items and gift boxes are excluded from our returns policy.
Lost Deliveries
Royal Mail policy states that items are deemed lost if not arrived by the 15th day after despatch. We are unable to investigate any 'lost deliveries' until after this date. Please contact us if you consider your order has been lost in the post and we will investigate this and work to resolve the matter with you, to a mutually satisfactory outcome.

Luvit Limited comply with all aspects of the Data Protection Act of 1984 and the new act of 1998 and as such are registered with the Data Protection Commissioner. Your personal information remains private and confidential and you will not receive unsolicited mail or be contacted by third parties.
Security
To protect our customers, Luvit Limited ensures that the highest security measures are taken when it comes to transferring sensitive data. The payment processing secured via Protx. When processing order information we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the credit card information you send when you place your order. The information is encrypted on your computer and sent directly through to Protx as scrambled code, and decoded on their secure server which means that it cannot be read in transit. At no point to we have access to your credit card information.
SSL is the recognized industry standard worldwide for sensitive transactions, making it safe for you to shop with a credit card on the internet.
